One session, your entire history read in advance, and a written personalised roadmap. This is where every Fertilogy client begins.

You arrive with fragments. You leave with one coherent account of your own fertility.
Most women preparing for IVF have received their results without ever having the time to absorb them. A consultation is short, and it exists to make clinical decisions rather than to teach. What is missing is not care. It is the unhurried hour that no clinic schedule contains, where the numbers become a picture that makes sense.
The Clarity Session does exactly that. Before we speak, everything you send is read in full — hormone panels, semen analysis, scans, embryology reports, previous protocols and cycle records. During the session, it is explained to you in plain language. Afterwards, it is written down.
This is the entry point to the practice. Every client begins here, and a meaningful number of clients need nothing further.
What the session includes
Phases one and two of the Method, applied to your case.
- Full pre-session review of every record you provide — read page by page, before we meet
- A structured intake covering history, cycles, investigations and the decision in front of you
- A one-to-one session held online, scheduled to your time zone
- Your results explained in plain language, including what is significant and what is not
- A written personalised roadmap delivered after the session, yours to keep and to share with your clinic
- A specific question set to take into your next specialist consultation
- Clear framing of what each possible outcome would mean for your next step
How it runs
Four steps, start to finish.
Enquire
Complete the enquiry form. It is read personally, and you receive a reply within two working days.
Intake and records
You complete a structured intake and send whatever records you hold. Incomplete or disorganised is expected.
Your session
Your history has already been read. The session is spent on understanding and decisions, not on catching up.
Your roadmap
Your written roadmap follows the session. From there you decide whether to continue further.
Where this leads
Some cases need a different kind of help next.
Sometimes the roadmap that comes out of a Clarity Session points somewhere the session itself does not go — towards a different type of clinician, or towards a decision about where treatment should happen at all.
Where that is what your roadmap shows, the next step is Fertilogy Fertility Care Navigation: a written brief of what your case requires from a provider, suitable options from the clinical network, the questions to put to each, and a debrief once you have met them.
Whether it is warranted at all is decided from the roadmap, not before it.
A necessary note
This session does not diagnose you, and it is not a second opinion.
It explains what you already have, structures what it means, and prepares you to make decisions with the specialist responsible for your care. No condition is diagnosed here, no medication is prescribed or changed, and no outcome is promised.
What it does is help you take your place on your own team. Your clinicians bring the medicine; you bring the questions, the context and the decisions only you can make. Clients consistently report that their appointments become more productive because they arrive prepared.
