Scope of the services

Fertilogy™ provides evidence-informed fertility advisory, education, structured preparation, decision support and fertility care navigation. Fertility care navigation means helping you understand the type of clinical care your situation may call for, identifying suitable healthcare providers within the Fertilogy™ clinical network, preparing you for consultation, and organising what you are told afterwards.

Fertilogy™ does not diagnose, prescribe or provide medical treatment, does not determine treatment protocols, and does not select your provider for you. Where options are identified, more than one is given wherever options exist, and the choice is yours. Fertilogy™ does not warrant the clinical quality, availability, pricing or outcome of any provider, and inclusion in the clinical network is not a guarantee or an endorsement of clinical results. Diagnosis, treatment decisions and clinical management remain the responsibility of your licensed healthcare provider.

Agreement

By using this website or engaging any Fertilogy™ service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.

Nature of the services

Fertilogy™ provides fertility education, decision support, structured preparation and fertility care navigation. It is an advisory practice, not a medical practice. Fertilogy™ does not diagnose conditions, prescribe or alter medication, order or interpret tests as a treating clinician, or make medical decisions. No clinician–client relationship is created by any engagement with Fertilogy™, and all clinical decisions remain with your treating medical team.

No guarantee of outcome

Fertility outcomes depend on numerous factors outside anyone’s control. Fertilogy™ makes no representation, warranty or guarantee of pregnancy, live birth, or any other clinical result. Testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences of preparation and decision-making and are not predictions of your outcome.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information; advisory work is only as sound as the information it is built on.
• Continue under the care of a qualified fertility specialist throughout.
• Discuss any guidance touching on medication, investigation or protocol with your treating clinician before acting.
• Seek immediate medical attention for any urgent symptom or concern. This service is not for emergencies.

Booking, sessions and conduct

Sessions are scheduled by agreement after enquiry. Fees are quoted directly and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sessions run for the time booked; late arrival does not extend the session. Recording of sessions by either party requires the written consent of the other.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, and all frameworks, materials, roadmaps, guides and documents produced by Fertilogy™ — including the Fertilogy Decision Method™ — are the intellectual property of Jane Ogidigo and Fertilogy™. Client documents are provided for your personal use. They may be shared with your treating clinicians. They may not be reproduced, resold, republished or distributed commercially without written permission.

Confidentiality

Client information is held in strict confidence and is disclosed only with your written instruction or where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fertilogy™ and Jane Ogidigo accept no liability for any decision you or your clinicians take, for any clinical outcome, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party links

Where this site links to external resources, it does so for information only. Fertilogy™ does not control and is not responsible for third-party content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection applying in your country of residence.

Changes

These terms may be amended. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your engagement.
