FERTILOGY™ Fertility Advisory Book a Clarity Session

Methodology

The Fertilogy Decision Method™

A five-phase method for turning a scattered fertility history into a decision you can act on — whichever decision is in front of you.

The problem it solves

Information is rarely the missing piece. Structure is.

By the time most women arrive here, they are not short of information. They have results, printouts, forum threads, conflicting advice from three clinicians, and a great deal of reading done at night.

What they do not have is a structure that holds all of it together — one that says which findings matter in their particular case, which are noise, what can still be influenced before the next cycle, and what should be asked of the medical team.

The Method is that structure. It is applied to every case in the same order, so that nothing significant is skipped because it did not occur to anyone to ask.

The five phases

How a case moves through the Method.

01
Phase one

Understand

Everything you have already been through, assembled into one picture — cycles, results, protocols, timings, and the decisions taken along the way. Scattered or incomplete records are normal. Organising them is my work, not yours.

02
Phase two

Interpret

What your results actually mean, read against current reproductive science and international guidance from ESHRE, ASRM and NICE. The purpose is to surface the few factors that matter most in your case — and to name clearly what is still unknown.

03
Phase three

Options

What is genuinely on the table. What each path would cost in money and in time, what each one would need to be true in order to work, and which are not realistic options for your situation at all.

04
Phase four

Decide

The decision framed properly, with the specific questions that resolve it written down for your specialist. You decide. The work here is making sure you understand what you are deciding between.

05
Phase five

Navigate

Carrying it out, and knowing where it is carried out. What type of specialist or treatment provider the decision belongs with, which options suit your case, what to watch for at each stage, what each possible result would mean, and what the next step is either way. Written down, yours to keep, and shareable with your treating team.

How it applies

One method. Applied differently depending on the decision.

The Method is the parent framework. Where a decision has its own body of evidence, the Method is applied through a dedicated application built for it.

The Fertilogy™ IVF Optimisation Framework™ is the Method applied to IVF — the same five phases, worked through the specifics of stimulation, retrieval, embryology and transfer. It is what runs beneath the Clarity Session, the Preparation Programme and the Navigation Intensive.

Further applications — preconception, and recurrent loss — are in development.

Who it is for

  • Women preparing for a first IVF cycle who want to enter it properly prepared
  • Women returning after one or more unsuccessful cycles who want the attempt examined rather than repeated
  • Couples weighing donor eggs, donor sperm, or a change of protocol
  • Women choosing between clinics, or considering moving
  • Diaspora clients coordinating treatment across two health systems
  • Anyone who wants to understand their own results before committing to a course of action

Who it is not for

  • Anyone seeking a diagnosis — that is your specialist’s work, not this practice’s
  • Anyone seeking prescriptions, medication changes or protocol orders
  • Anyone wanting a guarantee of pregnancy, which no honest practitioner can give
  • Anyone looking for a reason to stop trusting their medical team; the framework strengthens that relationship rather than undermining it
  • Anyone in an acute medical situation, which requires immediate clinical care

Applied before a cycle

The weeks before treatment are the part you can still influence.

Once a cycle begins, most variables are set. The preparation window before it is where evidence-informed choices about both partners, timing, investigation and consultation strategy still have room to matter.

Before

Read, not guessed

Your records are assembled into one account instead of many partial ones, so decisions are made on the full picture.

Before

Both partners

Preparation that considers only one half of a couple is incomplete. The framework looks at both, as the biology requires.

Before

Questions written

You walk into consultation with a specific list, and the short time you have is spent where it counts.

Before

Every result mapped

Your roadmap sets out in advance what each possible outcome would mean and what the next step would be.

Have the Method applied to your case.

It begins with the Clarity Session — phases one and two, applied to your history in full.
