Fertilogy™ is not a medical provider
Fertilogy™ provides fertility education, advisory, structured preparation, decision support and fertility care navigation — helping clients understand which type of clinical care their situation calls for and identify suitable providers. It is not a medical practice, a clinic, a diagnostic service, a telemedicine service or a medical referral marketplace, and it is not a provider of healthcare services. Nothing on this website, in any session, in any written roadmap, and in any Fertilogy™ material constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Navigation is not clinical direction
Where Fertilogy identifies the type of specialist your situation may call for, or identifies suitable treatment providers, that is navigation and decision support — not a clinical referral, a diagnosis, or a determination of the treatment you require. You are always given more than one option where options exist, you remain free to choose any provider, and Fertilogy does not guarantee the clinical quality or the outcome of any provider. Whether to engage a provider, and the care that follows, are matters for you and your treating clinician.
No clinician–client relationship
Engaging Fertilogy™ does not create a clinician–client relationship. Jane Ogidigo is a doctoral researcher in clinical and molecular biochemistry and a fertility educator and advisor. She is not acting as your treating physician, and she does not assume clinical responsibility for your care.
What is never done here
- Diagnosing infertility or any other medical condition
- Prescribing, recommending, discontinuing or altering any medication
- Ordering, authorising or clinically interpreting investigations as a treating clinician
- Directing, changing or overriding any treatment protocol
- Providing emergency or urgent medical care
Always consult your specialist
Every client must remain under the care of a qualified fertility specialist. Any guidance from Fertilogy™ that touches on medication, supplementation, investigation, timing or protocol is framed as a question to raise with your clinician, and must be discussed with and approved by them before you act on it. Never delay seeking, or disregard, professional medical advice because of something read or heard here.
Emergencies
This service is not monitored for emergencies. If you experience severe pain, heavy bleeding, fever, breathing difficulty, symptoms of ovarian hyperstimulation, or any other urgent symptom, contact your fertility clinic, your doctor, or emergency services immediately.
No guarantee of outcome
No fertility service, advisory or clinical, can guarantee pregnancy or a live birth. Fertilogy™ makes no outcome promises of any kind. Testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences of preparation and decision-making and are not predictive of your result.
Educational content
Articles, research summaries, guides, social media content and masterclass material are general educational resources. They are not tailored to your circumstances, cannot account for your medical history, and are not a substitute for personalised clinical assessment. Where sources are cited, they reflect the evidence available at the time of writing; reproductive science continues to develop.
