An active IVF cycle moves fast. Monitoring results arrive by text, decisions happen in short phone calls, and your clinic is working at pace to keep the cycle on track. What that pace cannot make room for is the explaining. In between, most women are alone with a search engine at two in the morning.
The Fertilogy Treatment Navigation & Support places structured guidance beside you through the whole of an active cycle — stimulation, monitoring, trigger, retrieval, fertilisation reports, transfer and the wait — so that at every stage you understand what is happening, what the numbers mean, and what to ask next.
Nothing here overrides your clinic. The work is to make sure you understand what your clinic is telling you, and that you ask the right question at the moment it still matters.
What the intensive includes
Phase four of the Method, across a live cycle.
- Stage-by-stage guidance through stimulation, monitoring, trigger, retrieval, fertilisation, transfer and the wait
- Scheduled check-ins timed to the pressure points of a cycle rather than to a calendar
- Plain-language explanation of monitoring results and embryology reports as they arrive
- Appointment preparation before each clinic contact, with the questions written out
- Guidance on when to call your clinic promptly, and when a question can wait
- Post-consultation navigation: what you were told, organised, with the questions still outstanding named
- Referral to a further specialist where the cycle points to one
- A held review after the result, whatever the result — never silence
The held ending
Every cycle deserves a proper reading afterwards.
If the result is positive, we cover early-pregnancy questions and hand you cleanly to antenatal care.
If it is negative, we sit with what happened: what the cycle actually showed, what the evidence suggests might be examined or altered, and what to bring to your follow-up appointment. That appointment is short and has to cover both the last cycle and the next one. Arriving with your questions already written is what makes the analysis fit.
Either way, you are not left to work it out alone.
