Have you been asking yourself…

The questions you carry between appointments.

These are the questions clients arrive with. They are reasonable questions, and they deserve structured answers rather than search results at two in the morning.

  • The question after

Why did my IVF cycle fail?

  • The question about place

    Should I change clinics?

  • The question about options

Should I be considering donor eggs?

  • The question underneath

    Am I missing something important?

  • The question about timing

How can I prepare better before my next cycle?

  • The question in the room

What should I be asking my fertility specialist?

  • Evidence-informed
  • Works alongside your specialist
  • No diagnosis, no prescribing
  • No outcome promises

The Fertilogy Decision Method™

Five phases. Applied to every case, in the same order, every time.

A fertility journey rarely fails for want of effort. It falters when information sits in fragments — results in one place, protocols in another, decisions made under time pressure without the full picture.

The framework is the practice’s method for assembling that picture. It is the structure behind every programme, and it is why two clients with very different histories both leave with something they can act on.

01
Phase one

Understand

Everything you have already been through, assembled into one picture — cycles, results, protocols, timings, and the decisions taken along the way. Scattered or incomplete records are normal. Organising them is my work, not yours.

02
Phase two

Interpret

What your results actually mean, read against current reproductive science and international guidance from ESHRE, ASRM and NICE. The purpose is to surface the few factors that matter most in your case — and to name clearly what is still unknown.

03
Phase three

Options

What is genuinely on the table. What each path would cost in money and in time, what each one would need to be true in order to work, and which are not realistic options for your situation at all.

04
Phase four

Decide

The decision framed properly, with the specific questions that resolve it written down for your specialist. You decide. The work here is making sure you understand what you are deciding between.

05
Phase five

Navigate

Carrying it out, and knowing where it is carried out. What type of specialist or treatment provider the decision belongs with, what to watch for at each stage, what each possible result would mean, and what the next step is either way. Written down, yours to keep, and shareable with your treating team.

Every client begins in the same place. Before any programme, before any preparation plan, there is one session whose only purpose is to establish where you actually stand.

You arrive with a history that has been explained to you in pieces, by different people, at different times. You leave with one coherent account of your own fertility — written down, in language you understand, with the next decision clearly framed.

  • Your full history and records read page by page before we speak
  • A one-to-one session, held online, wherever you are
  • Your results explained in plain language, without jargon or hedging
  • A written personalised roadmap you keep and can share with your clinic
  • The specific questions to put to your fertility specialist

Success stories

They stopped guessing, and got a plan instead.

Real women, shared with permission. Different starting points, one thing in common.

01

A closed cervix, finally explained

She had a closed cervix and knew something was off, but nobody had explained it in a way that made sense — until she finally spoke to someone who saw the full picture.

Watch her story
02

Three women, one week

She messaged in the same hour two other women in the community got positive results. A personalised roadmap gave all three clarity, confidence and hope — and changed how they walked into their next cycle.

03

A cancelled cycle, then six grade AA eggs

She came in after a cancelled cycle — no eggs retrieved, nothing to work with. Two months later, with her protocol reviewed and her preparation adjusted, her next cycle gave her six grade AA eggs. Not luck. A gap that got closed.

Shared with permission

Individual experiences, not predictions. No fertility service can guarantee pregnancy, and Fertilogy™ makes no such promise.

Why Fertilogy

What a boutique advisory practice does differently.

01

Evidence-informed

Every point of guidance traces back to published research and international guidance from ESHRE, ASRM and NICE — not opinion, and not anecdote.

02

Personalised guidance

No template plans. Your history, your results, your circumstances, and the specific decision in front of you.

03

Structured methodology

The Fertilogy Decision Method™ applies the same five phases to every case, so nothing important is left to chance.

04

Decision support

The work is not to decide for you. It is to make sure that when you decide, you understand what you are deciding between.

05

A personalised roadmap

You leave with a written document — where you stand, what to optimise, what to ask, and what each result would mean next.

06

Alongside your specialist

Fertilogy™ complements your clinical team. Nothing here diagnoses, prescribes, or replaces medical care.

07

A premium experience

Limited caseload, full review before every session, and one person holding the whole thread of your journey.

The Fertilogy client journey

One entry point. Four possible destinations.

Clients are not sold a package before their situation is understood. Everyone begins with the Clarity Session, and the roadmap that comes out of it determines whether anything further is warranted at all.

Some clients need only the session. Others continue into structured preparation, help finding the right specialist or clinic, or support through an active cycle. Fees are discussed privately, once the right pathway is clear.

Jane Ogidigo founded Fertilogy™ after meeting the same person in conversation after conversation: an intelligent, resourceful woman facing one of the largest financial and emotional investments of her life, without the information she needed to make it well.

Her research sits in endocrinology and reproduction, and her practice sits in translation — taking the science that governs a fertility cycle and making it usable by the person living through it. She has guided over two hundred women and couples, speaks and teaches on fertility literacy, and is a mother of four, including triplets.

“Every woman deserves clarity before commitment.”

Frequently asked questions

Before you enquire.

Who are these services for?

Women and couples preparing for IVF — whether it is a first cycle, a repeat cycle after an unsuccessful one, or a decision about donor gametes, a change of clinic, or treatment abroad. Clients are typically African women in Nigeria and across the diaspora in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada, though the practice works with anyone who wants structured preparation before investing in treatment.

Do you diagnose infertility?

No. Fertilogy™ does not diagnose, prescribe, or alter any treatment. Diagnosis is the work of your fertility specialist. What happens here is different: your existing results and history are explained to you in plain language, structured into a written roadmap, and turned into the specific questions worth taking back to your clinician.

Do you replace my fertility specialist?

Never. Fertilogy™ is designed to complement medical care, not substitute for it. Clients consistently report that their consultations become more productive because they arrive prepared, informed, and clear about what they are asking for.

Do you review fertility reports?

Yes. Hormone panels, semen analyses, imaging summaries, cycle records, embryology reports and clinic protocols are read in full before your session. You are not asked to interpret them yourself, and you do not need a complete set — bring what you have.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. Sessions are held online and scheduled across time zones. Fertilogy Fertility Care Navigation exists specifically for clients coordinating care between two countries — for example, living in London or Houston while treating in Lagos, or travelling abroad for a cycle.

Can you guarantee pregnancy?

No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. No advisory service, and no clinic, can promise a live birth. What is promised here is preparation: that you will enter your next cycle better informed, better organised, and able to make decisions with your medical team rather than around them.

How do your programmes work?

Every client begins with the Fertilogy Clarity Session. You submit an enquiry, complete a structured intake, and send whatever records you hold. Your history is reviewed in full before the session. Afterwards you receive a written personalised roadmap. From there you choose whether to continue into the Fertilogy IVF Preparation, the Fertilogy Treatment Navigation & Support, or Fertilogy Fertility Care Navigation — or to take your roadmap and proceed on your own.
